About the Brrrn Brrreath Series
In this 1.5-hour workshop, you will be taught the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method.
The workshop rotates between 3 stations: (1) Breath-work + Mindset (2) Cold-exposure, and (3) Heat/Constract Therapy in Brrrn’s IR sauna. Each station is 25 minutes long. For the ice bath portion, Avi will guide you and help you find relaxation in the ice. This process typically takes 1-3 minutes as you use the fundamentals of the Wim Hof breathing technique to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, aka, relaxation mode.
What You Need For The Workshop
We recommend eating lightly, 2-3 hours beforehand. The workshop is relaxed, so please dress comfortably.
The Brrrn Brrreathwork Series takes place in our workout studio at room temperature.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes (i.e. workout attire)
Blanket and/or small pillow (optional)
Water (also for sale for $3)
